Sarah Barr, CDA

Practice Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Sarah is originally from New York State and eventually moved to the Quarryville area. She is a graduate of Solanco High School, and completed her certificate in dental assisting from the Willow Street Vo-Tech School. For many years, Sarah worked in a high-end cosmetic dental practice in Chester County. Because of this work experience, her customer service skills are top notch and she is often complimented by our patients because of her ability to go above and beyond their expectations. Sarah is our concierge ambassador and will astound you with her ability to simplify your treatment appointments. She and her husband Jim have two children, Alexxa and James. She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and designing her own jewelry.

Susanne Graybill, CDA

Scheduling Coordinator

Sue is a native of Lancaster County. She received her certificate in dental assisting from the Central Montgomery County Vo-Tech School and completed her clinical training at Temple University School of Dentistry. Sue also completed a management course through the American Management Association at Harrisburg Area Community College. After raising four sons, she began working in the field of dental office administration. She has many years of experience in managing a pediatric dental practice and is our resident Dentrix software expert. We are fortunate to have someone on board who has impeccable organizational skills. Sue enjoys antiquing, flowers and spending time with her beautiful granddaughters.

Kim Navikas, BA, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Kim is originally from Loretto, Pennsylvania and has made Lancaster County her home for more than a decade. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh/Johnstown with a degree in finance and management. For many years, Kim held a managerial position with a national retail clothing chain. She chose to change her career several years later and completed her degree in dental hygiene from Harrisburg Area Community College. Kim began working with our practice immediately after her graduation. Her ease when working with our young patients has been a great asset to our practice. The children look forward to seeing her for their visits. Kim is married to Chris and enjoys spending time with her dog, Katie.

Monica Queen, CDA

Pediatric Chairside Dental Assistant/Operating Room Assistant

Monica was born and raised in Lititz, PA. She received her certificate in dental assisting from the Willow Street Vo-Tech School. Monica is a perfect assistant to work with children because she is animated, fun and able to relate to them. You will often hear her contagious laugh coming from the treatment areas! Monica lives in Lititz with her husband Mike and their daughter, Mariah. Aside from enjoying time with her family and her beloved Westie, Millie, she loves to shop, shop, shop. Monica also possesses the uncanny ability to remember lyrics from any song from any decade or genre. Challenge her sometime!

Patricia Hicks Donnelly, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Pat is our part-time dental hygienist. She received her degree in dental hygiene from Pennsylvania College of Technology, which is affiliated with Penn State University. Pat met Dr. Meliton while they were both working for Dr. Stuppy in Christiana, PA and have become lifelong friends. Pat and Sue, our practice administrator, have been best friends since grade school! While Pat’s forte’ lies in adult dentistry, she thoroughly enjoys working with our young patients, and does a wonderful job making children and teens feel at ease. She and her husband Patrick reside in Columbia, PA. Pat enjoys gardening, antiquing and traveling.
