Kim Navikas, BA, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Kim is originally from Loretto, Pennsylvania and has made Lancaster County her home for more than a decade. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh/Johnstown with a degree in finance and management. For many years, Kim held a managerial position with a national retail clothing chain. She chose to change her career several years later and completed her degree in dental hygiene from Harrisburg Area Community College. Kim began working with our practice immediately after her graduation. Her ease when working with our young patients has been a great asset to our practice. The children look forward to seeing her for their visits. Kim is married to Chris and enjoys spending time with her dog, Katie.

Laura Ravert Burns, CDA

Pediatric Chairside Dental Assistant/Operating Room Assistant

Laura is a Lancaster County native and a graduate of Garden Spot High School. She received her certificate in dental assisting at the Willow Street Vo-Tech. Laura loves working with our patients and has a way of creating an instant rapport with the kids. Laura is married to Jarred and enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Dawkins.

Jennifer Goldsborough

Scheduling Coordinator

Jennifer is a Lancaster County native and a graduate of Penn Manor High School. For many years, Jennifer held a management position in a retail clothing chain. She opted for a career change in 2007 and received her diploma in dental assisting from York Technical Institute. Jennifer is a great addition to our team, and she looks forward to meeting all of our patients. She and her husband Jesse have one child, Alexis. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to Disney World, and shopping.
